- Responsible for technical deliverables throughout the entire lifecycle of MES solution development projects.
- Actively participate as a member of the technical project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained.
- Proactively engage with customers to define the overall technical approach for MES solutions.
- Maintain technical skills and knowledge, continuously updating them.
- Proactively report project progress against the schedule.
- Assist existing customers with problem resolution and help identify future opportunities.
- Provide Sure Service support to clients under contract.
