Role Description The Merchandiser for Woven Garments is a full time, on-site role based in Erode. The role involves managing the end-to-end merchandising process, including sample development, approvals, and order follow-up for woven styles.

The merchandiser will coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and internal production teams to ensure accurate product specifications,



timely deliveries, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include tracking order status, maintaining documentation, preparing reports, handling buyer communications.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage buyer interactions and internal coordination.
- Understanding of woven garment construction, fabrics, trims, and production processes.
- Ability to manage multiple orders, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets, ERP tools, if applicable).
- Prior experience in garment merchandising or apparel production is preferred.
- Diploma or degree in Fashion, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
