Merchandiser – Production & Shipping Follow-Up

We are looking for a dynamic and responsible Merchandiser to join our Noida office. The role will primarily involve production follow-up, order coordination and end-to-end shipping follow-up with factories and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with factories on daily production status and order timelines.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure orders are completed as per the agreed deadlines.
- Coordinate with factories regarding materials, production and approvals .
- Track orders from production stage through packing and dispatch .
- Handle complete shipping follow-up , including shipment readiness, documentation and coordination with the shipping/logistics team.
- Follow up on shipping schedules and ensure timely dispatch of orders .
- Coordinate with QC teams for inspections and resolve production-related issues.
- Maintain updated order,



production and shipment status reports.
- Highlight delays or potential issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Coordinate effectively between factories, production, QC, shipping and the merchandising team .

What We’re Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, production follow-up or export operations.
- Experience in home décor industry will be preferred.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of production and shipping processes .
- Positive command of MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Good communication skills.
- Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
- Willingness to take ownership and ensure tasks are followed through to completion.
