Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled MERN Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with a good understanding of multi-tenancy and microservices architecture.

A basic understanding of Python will be an added advantage. This is an in-office position, suitable for developers with 6 months or more of professional experience who are eager to grow their technical skills and work on real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.
- Develop scalable and secure backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Work with MongoDB for database design, queries, and optimization.
- Understand and implement multi-tenant application architecture.
- Develop and integrate microservices and RESTful APIs.
- Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new features.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing applications.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Work with Git/version-control systems and follow proper development workflows.




- Have a basic understanding of Python and be comfortable working with Python-based services when required.

Required Skills
- 6 months or more of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with React.js.
- Good knowledge of Express.js.
- Experience with MongoDB and database concepts.
- Understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Basic understanding of microservices architecture.
- Understanding of multi-tenancy concepts.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Basic knowledge of Python.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Good to Have
- Experience with Docker or cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of authentication and authorization (JWT/OAuth).
- Understanding of system design and scalable application development.
- Experience working with third-party APIs.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deployment processes.
