Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced MEP Scan-to-BIM Engineer with 3+ years of hands-on expertise in converting point cloud data into accurate BIM models. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of MEP systems, BIM standards, and 3D modeling workflows.

Responsibilities

- Process and interpret laser scan / point cloud data for MEP modeling.

- Develop detailed MEP BIM models (LOD PHONE_NUMBER) using Revit and other BIM tools.

- Coordinate with architecture and structure models to ensure clash-free MEP layouts.

- Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using tools like Navisworks.

- Ensure adherence to project standards, QA/QC processes, and BIM execution plans.

- Collaborate with project teams to deliver accurate as-built MEP models.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows for MEP systems.





- Solid proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and point cloud processing tools (e.g., Recap, Faro Scene, CloudWorx).

- Solid understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical fire-fighting systems.

- Ability to read drawings, interpret scan data, and produce high-quality models.

- Good communication and coordination skills.
