About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated MEP BIM Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) BIM projects. This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who have basic knowledge of MEP systems and want to build a career in BIM and digital construction.

Responsibilities:

- Assist in creating and updating MEP BIM models using Revit.
- Support the BIM team in modeling Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
- Learn and follow project BIM standards and modeling guidelines.
- Assist in preparing drawings, layouts, and basic project documentation.
- Participate in model reviews and coordination meetings.
- Help identify and resolve simple clashes and modeling issues under supervision.
- Maintain model accuracy and ensure quality standards are followed.
- Support senior BIM Engineers and Coordinators with project-related tasks.

Requirements:

- Pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of MEP services (HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting,



or Electrical systems).
- Basic knowledge of BIM concepts.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Revit is preferred.
- Ability to read and understand engineering or construction drawings.
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Positive to Have:

- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Exposure to Revit MEP through academic projects or training courses.
- Understanding of BIM coordination concepts.
- Familiarity with Navisworks or clash detection (not mandatory).
