Role Description The Mentor role at The Digital Iconic is a full-time, on-site position based in Roorkee. The Mentor will guide and support junior team members and trainees in developing technical and professional skills, providing structured feedback and coaching on project work. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training sessions, reviewing code or project deliverables, assisting with problem-solving, and sharing best practices for working with emerging technologies.

The Mentor will collaborate with engineers and business specialists to align learning activities with ongoing projects and organizational goals.



This role also involves monitoring progress, documenting learning outcomes, and contributing to a supportive, inclusive learning culture.

Qualifications

- Solid mentoring, coaching, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and constructively.
- Solid technical foundation in software development, engineering, or related technology domains, with experience working on real-world projects.
- Experience in training or education, such as leading workshops, bootcamps, or internal knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and business domain specialists.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a passion for exploring and applying new technologies to business challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, including the ability to plan learning paths, track progress, and maintain clear documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
