Role Description The MEP Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role , responsible for overseeing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems across project life cycles. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating MEP design and execution, reviewing technical drawings, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations.

The role involves working closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to manage installations, resolve site issues, and optimize system performance. The MEP Project Engineer will monitor project progress, prepare reports, support budgeting and scheduling, and contribute to quality assurance and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, with practical experience in integrated MEP coordination.
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering principles related to HVAC, ventilation, and building services design.
- Proficiency in Electrical Engineering concepts, including power distribution,



lighting, and low-voltage systems.
- Knowledge of Plumbing system design and installation, including potable water, drainage, and fire-fighting systems.
- Solid Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, standards, and safety regulations; experience with construction or real estate projects is an advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use engineering or CAD software; solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work on-site with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
