Required Skills

- Working knowledge of residential township (STP, WTP, Rain Harvesting system, RCC water tank, Sump tank)
- Identification of Plumbing material & Specification as per CPWD norms and IS codes.

Role and Responsibilities

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with plumbing codes.
- Preparing service estimation and reading MEP drawing in AutoCAD
- Ensure coordinated service plan, drawings & execution as well
- Water calculation chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply rain water, sewerage, DG Fume pipe.
- Ensuring consultant, deliverable along with quality check
- Manufactured product inspections.

Activities he will Carry out.
- Day to day Monitoring and execution of plumbing work as per drawing.
- Coordination with Purchase, Inventory, Planning department regularly.
- Verification of Material received at site as per PO, CPWD norms & IS codes.
- Prepare periodically MIS of Plumbing activities,



Work done, Purchase requisition, Water calculation Chart, Hydraulic calculation of water supply
- To get NOC from quality department for work done & solve/rectify work done as per NC raised by QA/QC department
- To assist project department in Obtaining CPCB (Central Pollution Control Board) NOCs & Approval.
- Any other work as assigned by Project manager
