Delivery teams own their modules end to end — from requirement to what runs in production.

About the role

We are looking for a Mendix Developer to build and ship low-code applications for our clients and in-house products. You will own modules from domain model through deployment, work directly with business stakeholders, and travel onsite to client sites in Dubai on short-term deployments. This is a hands-on build role with real ownership.

Educational requirements

Bachelor of Engineering, B.Tech, BSc, MCA, M.Tech, MSc, or equivalent.

UG: Any Graduate · PG: Any Postgraduate

Responsibilities

- Design and develop Mendix applications using platform best practices and reusable components
- Customise and enhance UI/UX using Mendix Atlas UI, pluggable widgets, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with a strong focus on usability and performance
- Integrate Mendix applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
- Optimise applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues within agreed timelines
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, QA, and backend developers
- Participate in onsite client workshops, UAT, and go-live support at client sites in Dubai/UAE as required

Additional responsibilities
- Build and maintain microflows, nanoflows, and domain models




- Manage source control and release workflows using Git
- Deploy and monitor applications on cloud platforms (preferred: Mendix Cloud)
- Perform performance tuning and application monitoring
- Apply Mendix security best practices — user roles, entity access, XPath constraints
- Contribute to internal accelerators and reusable modules across client engagements

Technical and professional requirements
- Mendix Advanced Certification, or Intermediate Certification backed by 3+ years of production Mendix delivery
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Mendix development experience
- Robust experience in UI customisation and front-end development within Mendix
- Proficiency in:
- Mendix Studio Pro (9 / 10)
- Atlas UI Framework
- REST / SOAP APIs
- Kafka integration
- Snowflake
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React is a plus)
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and system integration
- Working knowledge of Java actions for extending Mendix
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid Indian passport with at least 12 months' validity (mandatory for UAE deployment)
- Willingness to travel to Dubai/UAE for short-term onsite assignments
- Available to join immediately or within [15] days

Preferred skills
- Mendix Next Gen / AI-assisted development
- SAP–Mendix or Siemens ecosystem exposure
- AI/LLM integration into business applications
- Domain exposure in manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, or BFSI
- Experience with OutSystems, Power Apps, or full-stack JavaScript
