SYMPHONY PHARMEX is a pharmaceutical export company based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, serving international clients across multiple countries.

We are looking for a motivated and confident Medicine Export Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with international clients, following up on inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and helping generate business orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Communicate professionally with international clients through email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers regarding product inquiries and quotations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate suitable product quotations.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert inquiries into orders.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, and order processing.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
- Handle day-to-day computer-based administrative and communication tasks.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good command of computers and basic office applications.




- Confident and professional communication style.
- Strong follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and target-oriented.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers from different countries.
- Previous experience in international sales, customer support, export, or pharmaceutical business will be an advantage, but freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
