Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Representative (MR) to join our sales team in Bhubaneswar. The candidate will be responsible for promoting Silica Healthcare’s pharmaceutical and IV Fluid products, developing strong relationships with doctors and hospitals, and achieving business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and detail company products to doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare professionals.
- Generate prescriptions, orders, and business from the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors and key hospital accounts.
- Conduct regular field visits and ensure effective territory coverage.
- Identify current business opportunities and develop recent customer accounts.
- Follow up with hospitals, distributors, and stockists for business development.
- Maintain regular reporting of daily calls, orders, POB, and market activities.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure proper coordination with the ZSM/RSM and sales team.

Candidate Profile
- B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. / relevant qualification preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales will be an advantage.
- Experience in IV Fluids, Critical Care, Hospital Business, or Institutional Sales is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
