Perform routine hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, serology, and other laboratory tests as assigned.
- Operate and maintain laboratory analyzers and equipment properly.
- Ensure accurate sample identification, processing, testing, and reporting.
- Follow NABL standards, laboratory SOPs, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
- Perform internal quality control and immediately report QC deviations to the concerned senior.
- Maintain proper documentation, worksheets, registers, and equipment records.
