We are looking for Dedicated Field Officers to join our team for the TATA AIG Insurance project across multiple locations in India.

? LOCATION-WISE OPENINGS

? Mumbai – Central Line: 2 Positions

? Mumbai – Western Line: 2 Positions

? Navi Mumbai: 2 Positions

? Delhi NCR: 6 Positions

? Hyderabad: 4 Positions

? Bengaluru: 4 Positions

? Ahmedabad: 3 Positions

? Pune: 3 Positions

? Chennai: 2 Positions

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct field visits as per assigned cases
- Coordinate with customers, hospitals & relevant stakeholders
- Collect and verify required documents and information
- Complete assigned cases within the defined TAT
- Prepare and submit accurate case reports
- Maintain regular updates and professional communication
- Ensure quality and timely completion of assigned cases

? CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS

? Preferred Qualification – Medical Graduates

- BAMS
- BHMS
- BPT
- B.Sc. / Relevant Graduation in the Medical/Healthcare Domain

? Other Graduates

- Minimum graduation is mandatory
- Candidates with 1+ year of relevant industry experience may also be considered

?‍? Non-Medical Candidates

- Minimum graduation is mandatory




- Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant industry experience

⭐ ADDITIONAL PREFERENCES

✅ Experience in Insurance / Field Investigation / Verification / Field Operations will be preferred

✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Willingness to travel within the assigned location

✅ Two-wheeler & valid driving licence preferred

✅ Freshers from relevant medical/healthcare backgrounds may also apply

? PROPOSED RECRUITMENT PROCESS

2️⃣ Initial Screening & Interview

Initial screening and interviews will be conducted by the Phoenix Team.

3️⃣ Training & Orientation

Shortlisted candidates will undergo the required training and orientation.

4️⃣ TATA AIG Selection Process In the second phase, shortlisted candidates will be presented for the TATA AIG interview/selection process, wherever applicable.

5️⃣ Final Deployment

Candidates selected through the final process will subsequently be deployed as Dedicated Field Officers for TATA AIG Metro City cases.
