⏰ Shift: Day Shift | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

We are looking for an experienced E/M Coder with Pain Management coding experience to join our US Healthcare Medical Coding team.

? Key Responsibilities

✅ Review medical records and assign accurate E/M codes

✅ Handle Pain Management coding based on clinical documentation

✅ Apply CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS coding guidelines

✅ Determine appropriate E/M levels based on MDM and/or time

✅ Review documentation for completeness, accuracy & medical necessity

✅ Identify coding discrepancies and compliance issues

✅ Meet required quality, accuracy & productivity targets

✅ Work closely with QA and Team Leads to resolve coding queries





✅ Stay updated on E/M, Pain Management, CPT and payer-specific guidelines

? Required Skills

? 2–5 years of US Healthcare Medical Coding experience

? Hands-on experience in E/M Coding

? Pain Management coding experience is preferred/required

? Solid knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM & HCPCS

? Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology

? Physician/Outpatient coding experience preferred

? CPC / CCS certification preferred

? Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
