We are looking for a Media Buyer with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns for brands, e-commerce businesses, and social media agency clients.

The ideal candidate should have a practical understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budget management, performance analysis, and campaign optimization. This role is best suited for someone who is data-driven, performance-focused, and comfortable taking ownership of paid media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, set up, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Create and manage campaigns focused on lead generation, sales, website traffic, and conversions.
- Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, ad creatives, and ad copies.
- Monitor key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, leads, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Conduct regular testing of ad creatives, audiences, ad copies, offers, and landing pages.
- Analyze campaign data and implement optimization strategies to improve performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop and improve ad creatives, images, and videos.
- Prepare basic campaign performance reports for internal teams and clients.
- Identify and troubleshoot basic issues related to pixels, conversion tracking, campaign setup, and analytics.
- Stay updated with changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms, policies, and best practices.





Requirements

- Hands-on experience in running and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.
- Basic knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Understanding of e-commerce and lead generation campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a responsible and ownership-driven approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Candidates should be comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 132.

- This is a full-time, work-from-office position.
- Practical hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads is mandatory.
- The role requires regular campaign monitoring, optimization, reporting, and performance ownership.

Preferred Candidate Profile A candidate who can independently manage paid campaigns, understand performance data, identify areas of improvement, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve better leads, conversions, and ROI. Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
