We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Assistant Manager with experience in Steel, Wire Drawing, or Manufacturing industries. The candidate will be responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery, improving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring smooth plant operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and manufacturing plant equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Maintain wire drawing and steel manufacturing equipment for smooth operations.
- Monitor machine performance and implement corrective maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.
- Maintain maintenance records,



equipment history, and spare parts inventory.
- Ensure compliance with plant safety and maintenance procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency and reliability.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Education: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 4 years in Steel, Wire Drawing, or Manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance of manufacturing plant machinery and equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of preventive maintenance planning and plant operations.
