We are hiring for the position of Mechanical Product Design / Value Engineering Lead ATM R&D; / Engineering for one of our reputed clients.

Position: Mechanical Product Design / Value Engineering Lead

Function: ATM R&D; / Engineering

Location: Near Vadodara, Gujarat

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 8+ Years

CTC Budget: 16–20 LPA

Key Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience in sheet metal product design and new product development
- Expertise in 3D modelling, assemblies, manufacturing drawings and BOM preparation
- Hands-on experience with Autodesk Inventor / SolidWorks / Solid Edge
- Experience with PDM/PLM systems
- Good understanding of CNC punching, laser cutting, bending, welding and assembly processes
- Experience in design validation, engineering calculations, prototyping, testing and production implementation
- Ability to independently lead design projects and coordinate with customers, vendors, certification agencies and cross-functional/global R&D; teams
- Experience in Value Engineering / cost optimization / design improvement




- Ability to guide and coach junior design engineers

Preferred Industry Background: Industrial Equipment / Electrical Enclosures / Sheet Metal Manufacturing / Engineering Services involving similar products.

The role involves leading ATM secure product development projects from concept through design, certification, prototype development and final handover to manufacturing for mass production.
