WE ARE HIRING: MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

We are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for our tin-can manufacturing unit.

Key responsibilities

- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of tin-can manufacturing machinery
- Maintenance of power presses, slitters, shearing machines, seamers, flangers, curlers, beaders, conveyors and related equipment
- Troubleshooting pneumatic, hydraulic, gearbox, bearing, shaft, chain and belt-drive problems
- Machine alignment, fitting, fabrication and mechanical assembly
- Root-cause analysis of repeated breakdowns
- Reduction of machine downtime and improvement of equipment reliability
- Planning preventive-maintenance schedules and maintaining service records
- Managing critical mechanical spare parts
- Coordinating with production teams while following plant-safety procedures

Candidate requirements:




- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 3–7 years of hands-on mechanical-maintenance experience
- Experience in tin-can, metal-packaging, sheet-metal or similar manufacturing is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings, measuring instruments and maintenance tools
- Basic welding, fabrication, pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to work in shifts and attend emergency breakdowns when required

Job location: Sangrur Experience: 3–7 years

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹52,205.73 per month
