Role & responsibilities

- Design and develop 3D models and assemblies using SolidWorks
- Prepare fabrication drawings, GA drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings
- Design sheet metal, welded structures, shafts, conveyors, tanks, screw press components, and process equipment
- Generate BOM (Bill of Materials) and production documents
- Coordinate with fabrication, machining, and assembly teams
- Perform design modifications based on site and production requirements
- Ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective
- Knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and industrial standards preferred

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong working knowledge of SolidWorks
- Valuable understanding of sheet metal, welding, machining, and fabrication
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and drafting standards
- Experience in industrial equipment or wastewater equipment preferred
- Understanding of mechanical calculations and material selection
- Ability to read and create technical drawings
- Knowledge of GD&T; is an advantage
