- Prepare 2D plant layouts and general arrangement drawings.

- Develop 3D models and detailed fabrication drawings.

- Design powder-coating booths, liquid-painting booths, ovens, tanks, ducting, platforms, structural supports, and related equipment.

- Prepare sheet-metal development and manufacturing drawings.

- Prepare assembly drawings, installation drawings, and part drawings.

- Select suitable sheet thicknesses, structural members, insulation, fasteners, and bought-out components.

- Prepare engineering calculations for airflow, duct sizing, structural loading, heat requirements, and equipment capacity.

- Prepare accurate bills of materials and material-cutting lists.

- Check customer component drawings and develop suitable plant concepts.

- Coordinate with sales, procurement, fabrication,



electrical, installation, and commissioning teams.

- Visit customer sites for measurements, design discussions, installation support, and verification when required.

- Revise drawings based on customer comments and site conditions.

- Maintain proper drawing numbers, revision records, and project documentation.

- Support cost estimation and preparation of technical proposals.

- Verify fabricated equipment against approved drawings and report deviations.

- Contribute to the development of JSC equipment, including reciprocators and powder-recovery systems.
