Role Description This is a full-time, on-site M.D Radiologist role based in Gurugram. The Radiologist will be responsible for interpreting diagnostic imaging studies such as X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, MRI, and other relevant modalities, and providing accurate, timely reports to referring clinicians. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with other healthcare professionals to support preventive and diagnostic healthcare services, participating in multidisciplinary case discussions, and offering guidance on appropriate imaging protocols.

The role also involves ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting the continuous improvement of radiology workflows and patient experience.

Qualifications

- Possession of an M.D or equivalent postgraduate degree in Radiology from a recognized institution, with valid registration as per national and regional medical council requirements.
- Strong expertise in interpreting common imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI) and correlating findings with clinical information to support accurate diagnosis and preventive care.
- Demonstrated ability to uphold diagnostic quality standards, follow established protocols, and maintain meticulous reporting and documentation practices.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for interacting with clinicians, health managers, and other care team members in a multidisciplinary environment.
- Comfort with using digital health platforms, picture archiving and communication systems (PACS), and electronic medical records in a technology-enabled healthcare setting.
- Commitment to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and a preventive, wellness-oriented approach to healthcare.
- Prior experience in diagnostic centers, hospitals, or preventive health organizations is preferred; familiarity with home-based or community health models is an added advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram with reliability, professional integrity, and a focus on continuous learning and improvement.
