Role Description The Marketing Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote Starling Learning’s curriculum and language programs, including outreach to schools, educators, and academic partners.

The Marketing

Specialist will conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to strengthen brand presence and drive program adoption. Daily responsibilities include developing marketing strategies and content,



coordinating sales and promotional activities, managing communication across channels, and supporting customer service efforts to ensure a positive experience for partners and clients. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with educational goals and organizational priorities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Experience in Market Research and Marketing Strategy to identify audience needs, position offerings, and plan effective campaigns.
- Background in Sales and Customer Service to support partner relationships, respond to inquiries, and contribute to enrollment and adoption targets.
- Familiarity with education or edtech sectors, especially curriculum or language-learning products, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across functions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, basic data analysis, and presentation skills to report on campaign performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
