ArthCycle Labs LLP is looking for an energetic and growth-focused Marketing Executive to join our team and support our expanding B2B business.

What You’ll Do• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through online and offline channels

- Identify and connect with cosmetic brands, distributors, salons, spas, hotels, dermatologists, retailers, and other potential business clients
- Reach out to prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Follow up on enquiries and nurture prospective clients through the sales pipeline
- Promote our Private Label, White Label, OEM, Bulk Manufacturing, and Packaging Solutions
- Support digital marketing and social media initiatives
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Maintain lead, enquiry, and customer databases
- Coordinate with Sales, R&D;, Production, and Management teams
- Assist with quotations, samples, presentations, catalogues, and marketing material
- Follow up with existing clients for repeat orders and new product opportunities
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and marketing performance
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns

Who We’re Looking For• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a related field preferred




- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with client calling, follow-ups, and lead generation
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and digital marketing
- Working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Word, and email
- Positive interpersonal and presentation skills
- Organised, proactive, and target-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving manufacturing environment

Preferred ExperienceExperience in any of the following will be an advantage:
