About the RoleWe are looking for a highly proactive Marketing & Operations Trainee who can work across HiWox, Kefilo, and AIMRPx.

This is a hands-on role involving digital marketing, field marketing, business development, partnerships, customer coordination, and day-to-day execution. The person should be comfortable travelling across Bhubaneswar, meeting people, building relationships, and getting things done independently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing &

• Lead Generation
- Execute online and offline marketing campaigns across all three brands.
- Generate leads through social media, communities, events, partnerships, referrals, and field activities.
- Coordinate content, campaigns, promotions, and brand activities.
- Track leads, conversions, campaign performance, and marketing metrics.

1. Field Marketing & • Business Development

- Visit gyms, clinics, hospitals, corporates, colleges, professionals, communities, and other potential partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, customers, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Conduct product/service presentations and coordinate meetings.
- Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into customers or partners.

1. Operations & • Customer Coordination

- Support day-to-day operations across HiWox, Kefilo, and AIMRPx.
- Coordinate between customers, consultants, partners, internal teams, and management.
- Maintain databases, follow-ups, reports, and operational trackers.
- Ensure assigned tasks, meetings, campaigns, and field activities are completed on time.

1. Execution & • Growth





- Work directly with the founders/team on new initiatives and experiments.
- Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution.
- Identify operational gaps and suggest practical improvements.
- Support events, workshops, webinars, campaigns, launches, and business expansion activities.

Required
- Must be based in or willing to work from Bhubaneswar.
- Must have a valid driving licence (DL).
- Must have your own bike/two-wheeler for field work.
- Must have your own laptop.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel and meeting new people.
- Positive basic knowledge of social media, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools.
- Self-driven, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who thinks like an executor rather than just an employee.

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, visiting a partner, following up with a lead, preparing a report, coordinating a team member, running a campaign, and solving an operational problem on the same day.

Prior experience is useful but not mandatory. What matters most is ownership, communication, discipline, learning ability, and execution.

Compensation & GrowthDuring the 6-month trainee period:

₹20,000 fixed/month

- ₹10,000–₹20,000 performance-based variable incentive

After successfully completing the 6-month trainee period: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month, based on performance, ownership, and contribution.

High performers may be given greater responsibilities across marketing, business development, operations, and brand growth.

ImportantThis is not a desk-only marketing role.

The role involves significant field work, local travel, business meetings, lead generation, customer interaction, partnerships, and operational execution across Bhubaneswar.
