Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Marketing Representative role based in Vadodara, with flexibility for some work from home.

The Marketing

Representative will promote the company’s pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and distributors, build and maintain customer relationships, and support sales growth in assigned territories. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits and virtual meetings, presenting product information, collecting market feedback, and identifying new business opportunities.



The role also involves coordinating marketing activities, assisting in training sessions for partners, preparing reports on sales performance, and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing campaigns and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive product promotion, negotiate deals, and support revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to educate customers and partners on product features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office for reporting, documentation, and presentations.
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical marketing, sales, or healthcare is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage travel within assigned territories, and meet targets independently and as part of a team.
- A diploma or degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field is preferred.
