The Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Partnerships skilled to help grow Lifafa’s advertising business.

The role is focused on building strong relationships within the advertising ecosystem, bringing new scripts and briefs into the company, and converting opportunities into projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with advertising agencies, creative teams, brands and production partners.
- Proactively source new scripts, briefs and business opportunities.
- Identify upcoming projects and opportunities within the agency ecosystem.
- Present Lifafa and its directors to the right creative teams.
- Match directors and creative talent to suitable scripts and briefs.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
- Work closely with the founders, Executive Producer and creative team to convert opportunities into projects.
- Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business for Lifafa.
