Mindful Official is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who can independently plan and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads and grow the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Conceptualise and execute B2B & B2C marketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, social media, email and WhatsApp marketing.
- Develop campaigns for lead generation, customer reactivation and product launches.
- Track campaign performance, leads, conversions and ROI.
- Identify recent channels, trends and growth opportunities rather than relying only on existing activities.
- Work with designers/content resources to take campaigns from idea to execution.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, content and marketing workflows.

What we're looking for





- 3–6 years of hands-on digital/growth marketing experience.
- Strong campaign conceptualisation and commercial thinking.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring daily task allocation.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- B2B marketing experience preferred; D2C/B2C experience is an advantage.
- Someone who is resourceful, curious and execution-driven, not just a social media/content manager

Experience:
- Marketing: 3 years (Required)
- SEO: 1 year (Preferred)
- Campaign Management: 2 years (Preferred)
