Position Overview The Marketing Manager will lead end-to-end brand, digital, and performance marketing initiatives with a strong focus on integrating new-age marketing technologies and AI-driven strategies. The role is responsible for building and maintaining a strong brand presence across all stakeholder groups, driving lead generation through digital channels, and ensuring seamless customer journeys through CRM and communication platforms.

Brand & Communication Management

Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistent internal and external communication across stakeholder

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, etc.) to drive high quality leads and maximize ROI

Brand Marketing





Develop and execute brand marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social, offline, and other relevant channels.

Drive brand awareness, visibility, engagement, and consideration.

Performance Marketing

Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

Own paid acquisition and lead-generation campaigns.

CRM Management

Manage CRM, customer journeys, and feedback systems (NPS/CSAT) to improve lifecycle engagement

Job Requirements

- MBA in Marketing (mandatory)
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing

•Proven expertise in: Brand management, Digital/performance marketing, Campaign planning (ATL & BTL), CRM and customer lifecycle management
- Strong creative orientation for brand assets and campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced workplace
