Role- MDM Manager

Location- Navi Mumbai

Shift- Versatile (should manage all 3 shifts),

3-4 days / month Night Shift,

20% work from home after a month

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead global Master Data Management and Data Governance activities.
- Manage a team of 30-40 members in a high-volume operational environment.
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, SLA adherence, and process efficiency.
- Drive data quality, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders and data owners to enhance governance and controls.
- Lead migration and transition projects, ensuring seamless integration into shared services operations.
- Handle escalations, risk management, and process optimization.





- Key Requirements:
- 12+ years of experience in Master Data Management.
- Strong experience in Supplier, Customer, and Item Master Data.
- Proven expertise in Data Governance, Data Quality, and Process Improvement.
- Experience managing large teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Logistics or supply chain industry experience preferred.
