Role Description This is a full time, hybrid Marketing Manager role based in Cannanore, with a blend of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility.

The Marketing

Manager will plan and execute marketing strategies to promote villa projects, strengthen brand visibility, and generate qualified leads across digital and offline channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing campaigns, coordinating with sales and project teams, overseeing marketing collateral, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize outreach. The role also involves liaising with external agencies,



organizing promotional events and site visits, and ensuring a consistent brand message across all platforms.

The Marketing

Manager will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight initiatives to support long-term business growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in marketing strategy development, campaign planning, and brand positioning in real estate or related industries.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and channels (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and online lead generation).
- Strong skills in content creation, copywriting, and basic design coordination for brochures, ads, and website updates.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare performance reports and presentations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent post-graduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in residential real estate marketing, especially villas or gated communities, is highly desirable.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup in Cannanore, with occasional travel to project sites and partner locations.
