D Crumbs is looking for an energetic and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and business development activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to generate new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote D Crumbs and its event management services.
- Generate new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential corporate, wedding, and private event clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, online and offline marketing activities.
- Manage social media promotions and coordinate with the creative team for marketing content.
- Conduct market research and identify recent business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the operations and event teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare regular marketing and sales reports for management.
- Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, networking events,



and other promotional activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or event management preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Ability to generate leads independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events when required.
- Candidates with experience in the event management, hospitality, catering, or food industry will be preferred.
