Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead client acquisition and business growth for our premium advertising company. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing in new brands, local businesses, and corporate clients requiring creative advertising solutions (including digital marketing, print, outdoor media, and branding campaigns).

Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition: Identify, pitch, and close deals with local businesses, retail brands, and corporate clients across Kerala for advertising services.
- Lead Generation & Networking: Build a robust pipeline of business leads through field visits, cold calling, networking events, and digital outreach.
- Ad Strategy Consulting: Meet with prospective clients to understand their marketing goals and present customized advertising packages (Out-of-Home/OOH, digital, print, or radio).
- Relationship Management: Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure retention, repeat business, and upselling opportunities.




- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to maximise your individual incentive earnings.
- Market Tracking: Keep an eye on competitors, local market trends, and upcoming business launches in Kerala to capture new advertising opportunities early.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA / MBA in Marketing is a plus, but proven sales capability is preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (Experience within an advertising agency or media house is a huge advantage). Freshers with exceptional communication and a passion for sales may apply.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and conversational English (to handle diverse client portfolios across Kerala).
- Mandatory Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license for local travel and client visits.

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
- Incentive Structure: High, performance-linked commissions per client deal closed (Uncapped).
- Travel Allowance: Fuel / travel expenses reimbursed for fieldwork.
