Job Title: Legal Intern. Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. This 6-month, in-office internship is ideal for candidates looking for hands-on industry exposure. As a legal Intern, you work closely with the finance and accounts teams to support day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and compliance activities. This is a 6-month, in-office internship, ideal for candidates looking for hands-on industry exposure.
Responsibilities
- Contract Review & Drafting: NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, vendor agreements; risk identification, redlining and basic drafting.
- Legal Research: Research and interpretation of laws, regulations and case law.
- Attention to Detail: Identifying inconsistencies,
missing clauses/definitions, key obligations and commercial terms; version tracking.
- Communication: Professional legal/business email drafting and ability to explain legal concepts in simple language.
- Documentation & Tracking: Contract trackers, renewal/expiry tracking, compliance/obligation trackers, MS Word, Track Changes and comments.
Requirements
- Candidate must be in the final semester or a recent graduate.
- Mandatory: Willingness to work from office for the full internship duration.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a structured environment.
