Role Description The Marketing Growth Intern is a full-time remote role focused on supporting PPStack’s growth initiatives across digital education, career services, and technology solutions. The intern will assist in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor research, and identifying new growth opportunities in target segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting social media and content marketing efforts, tracking campaign performance metrics,



and preparing reports and presentations for the marketing team.

The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer success teams to improve lead generation, nurture prospective learners and clients, and enhance the overall customer experience. The intern will engage with community-building activities such as webinars, workshops, and online events to increase brand awareness and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging with learners, partners, and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and audience needs.
- Foundational understanding of Sales and lead-generation processes within digital or EdTech environments.
- Knowledge of Marketing Strategy and digital marketing concepts, including social media and content marketing.
- Interest in EdTech, AI, and digital transformation, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Basic proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, CRM or marketing platforms is a plus).
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
