Job Summary

We are looking for a high-ownership, detail-oriented Corporate Engagement person who will play a key role in executing client wellness programs end-to-end. This role is designed as a conversion track to a full-time position, offering hands-on exposure to client management, program execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

How you will make an impact:

- Draft and review monthly wellness calendars aligned with client goals and engagement strategies
- Prepare execution flow documents for standalone activities, workshops, and proposals
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless program delivery
- Manage speaker onboarding, including briefing, dry runs, and session readiness
- Host wellness sessions and ensure a smooth on-ground/virtual experience for participants
- Prepare and share post-session reports with clients, including insights, feedback, and key metrics




- Support content creation efforts such as blogs, communication copies, and wellness creatives
- Maintain a centralized repository of all documents related to program execution
- Manage and regularly update internal and client-facing trackers on Google Sheets
- Ensure adherence to timelines, SOPs, and quality benchmarks across all activities

We are looking for people who:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective coordination and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
- Basic understanding of content writing and communication design
- Confidence in hosting sessions and engaging with participants
- Problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
