Role Description The Marketing Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in Vikasnagar.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel packages, treks, and camping services, both online and offline. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying target customer segments, and supporting sales efforts with promotional materials and offers. The role involves managing social media and local outreach, maintaining communication with potential and existing customers, and coordinating with the operations team to align marketing activities with upcoming treks and tours.

Executive will track campaign performance and suggest improvements to strengthen brand visibility and customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Market Planning and Marketing to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
- Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to analyze customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to convert leads into bookings and grow revenue.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are beneficial.
- Experience in travel, tourism, or outdoor adventure services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Vikasnagar, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools (social media, email, office software).
- Strong customer service orientation and interest in trekking, camping, or mountain travel is preferred.
