We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Marketing Executive – Field Sales to join the PW Vidyapeeth team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for promoting PW Vidyapeeth programs through field activities, generating quality leads, engaging with students and parents, and supporting the team in achieving enrolment and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct field visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, residential areas, and other potential locations to promote PW Vidyapeeth programs.
- Generate leads through direct marketing, student/parent interactions, referrals, events, and promotional activities.
- Explain PW's courses, programs, offerings, fee structures, scholarships, and key benefits to prospective students and parents.
- Identify and approach potential students, particularly Class 8–12 students and competitive exam aspirants.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with students, parents, schools,



and other relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and personal visits to drive walk-ins, counselling sessions, and enrolments.
- Coordinate with the counselling and centre teams to ensure smooth conversion of qualified leads.
- Participate in and support school activations, seminars, exhibitions, outreach programs, promotional campaigns, and local events.
- Identify new opportunities and potential catchment areas for student acquisition.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation and sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to the reporting manager.
- Ensure professional representation of the PW Vidyapeeth brand during all field activities.
