About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Executive Intern who is comfortable calling prospective customers, visiting client locations, and understanding business requirements.

You will help identify potential clients, introduce our products and services, arrange meetings, and gather information that helps our technical team propose suitable solutions. Phone outreach and in-person client visits are essential responsibilities of this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Research potential clients, local businesses, and relevant decision-makers.
- Make outbound calls, including cold calls, to introduce our products and services and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule and attend meetings at client offices, factories, shops, or other business premises within the assigned territory.
- Understand clients’ existing processes, operational challenges, and software or automation needs.
- Capture key details, including required features, current tools, expected outcomes, indicative budget, timeline, and decision-makers.
- Prepare transparent meeting notes and requirement summaries for the founder, business analyst, or technical team.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, discovery discussions, and proposal preparation.
- Share approved brochures, presentations, and quotations with prospective clients.
- Follow up through phone, email, and WhatsApp to move qualified opportunities forward.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, meeting updates,



and next actions in the company’s CRM or lead tracker.
- Support client conversion and hand over confirmed requirements to the delivery team.
- Obtain internal approval before committing pricing, features, or delivery timelines to clients.

Who Can Apply

- Recent graduates, or candidates with up to one year of relevant experience.
- Candidates from Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, IT, or related backgrounds.
- Applicants comfortable initiating phone conversations and meeting business owners or managers in person.
- Candidates willing and able to travel locally for scheduled client meetings.

Required Skills

- Clear verbal and written communication.
- Ability to communicate in English and the local language of the assigned territory.
- Active listening, professional telephone etiquette, and confident interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of software products, AI, and business automation—or willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online meeting tools.
- Strong follow-up discipline, time management, and accurate documentation.
- Professional handling of client information.

Performance Measures

- Relevant prospects reached and qualified.
- Client meetings scheduled and attended.
- Quality and completeness of requirement summaries.
- Timely follow-ups and accurate lead records.
- Contribution to proposals, conversions, and collected revenue.

Activity targets will be agreed with the reporting manager.

Internship Terms

- Six-month internship with no fixed stipend.
- Commission eligibility, calculation, and payment timing will follow the written commission policy shared before joining.
- Travel expectations and expense arrangements will be agreed before onboarding.
- Full-time employment may be offered based on performance and business requirements; conversion is not guaranteed.
