Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition Lifecycle Management

- Build customer segments using demographic, behavioral, and transaction data

- Design and optimize lifecycle communication across acquisition, activation, usage, repayment, and reactivation stages

- Partner with product and business teams to improve customer journeys and credit education

Campaigns Growth Execution

- Plan and execute SMS, WhatsApp, USSD, IVR, ATL/BTL campaigns across markets

- Design merchant offers, discounts, vouchers, and partnerships to drive usage and engagement

- Own end-to-end campaign execution, tracking, and performance reporting

Analytics, Experimentation Optimization

- Track and improve key KPIs: opt-ins, active users, loan uptake, repeat usage, repayment, and retention

- Run A/B tests, pilots, and growth experiments to continuously improve performance

- Identify new growth opportunities, segments, and offer constructs

What We re Looking For

Experience Skills

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing analytics, CVM, or digital marketing

- Strong analytical mindset with hands-on SQL Python (mandatory)





- Exposure to Pyspark / Big Data is a robust plus

- Experience with telco, retail, banking, fintech, or digital lending campaigns preferred
