Roles and Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming patient referrals from external physicians promptly.
- Review referral documentation for completeness, including medical records and lab results.
- Contact referred patients to explain the intake process and schedule initial consultations.
- Obtain required insurance pre-authorizations or verify fertility benefits for recent patients.
