About the Role

We are looking for a creative Marketing Associate – Design to join T-Hub. The role will focus on creating high-quality static and motion content across T-Hub’s campaigns, digital platforms, programmes, and events.

Key Responsibilities

- Create static and motion content for social media, digital campaigns, emailers, presentations, landing pages, and events.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions aligned with T-Hub’s brand and campaign objectives.
- Manage multiple creative projects independently from brief to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timelines.
- Use AI-powered tools and efficient design workflows to improve creative productivity and turnaround without compromising quality.
- Collaborate with teams, incorporate feedback,



and contribute fresh creative ideas.

What We’re Looking For

- 3 years of relevant experience as a Graphic Designer, Visual Designer, Motion Graphic Designer, or Multimedia Designer, preferably in an agency, creative studio, marketing team, startup, or fast-paced corporate workplace.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Communication Design, or a related field or Equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
- Strong visual design, composition, typography, branding, and motion skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Figma, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace knowledge is an advantage.
