Marketing & Customer Growth Executive

Location: BUNGEO, Indiranagar, Bengaluru

Work: In office | 6 days/week | 8+1 hour shift

We’re looking for a proactive Marketing & Customer Growth Executive to drive customer engagement, retention and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Google/Zomato reviews, reputation & customer feedback
- Run and monitor Meta Ads & digital campaigns
- Plan event & in-café promotions
- Manage Loyalty Program, CRM & customer database

- Handle WhatsApp marketing
- Manage coupons, discounts & offers
- Improve customer experience and repeat visits
- Track sales, customer data & campaign performance
- Promote BUNGEO products and merchandise in-store

Requirements
- Fluent in English — strong verbal and written communication

- Good customer interaction skills
- Creative, proactive and data-driven
- Comfortable with Meta Ads, WhatsApp and CRM
- Ability to independently execute campaigns and drive results

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
