As part of our continued growth, we are looking for passionate and performance-driven Agriculture Sales Professionals to join our field sales team.

OPEN POSITIONS

Market Development Officer (MDO)

Experience: 0–1 Year

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Sales Officer (SO)

Experience: 1–2 Years

Relevant experience in Seeds, Agri-inputs or Agriculture Sales will be preferred.

ROLE OVERVIEW The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the assigned territory, strengthening dealer and retailer relationships, generating product demand and driving sales through effective market development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop the assigned territory to achieve business and sales objectives.

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, farmers and other channel partners.

Conduct regular field visits to understand market requirements and develop new business opportunities.

Promote company products through farmer meetings, field demonstrations and other market development activities.

Support dealer network expansion and identify potential new business partners.

Achieve assigned monthly, seasonal and annual sales targets.

Track market trends,



competitor activities and customer feedback and share relevant insights with the reporting manager.

Ensure timely collection and reporting of field activity, sales and market information.

Work closely with the sales team and management to execute territory-level business plans.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture, Diploma in Agriculture or any relevant Agriculture / Agri-related qualification.

For MDO: 0–1 year experience; freshers with a solid interest in Agriculture Sales are encouraged to apply.

For SO: 1–2 years of relevant experience in Agriculture, Seeds or Agri-inputs preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good understanding of the local agriculture market.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Strong ownership, relationship-building and target-oriented approach.

Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

Pune: Bhigwan, Baramati, Indapur

Satara: Phaltan, Lonand
