Hiring | Manufacturing Manager / Lead – Precision Manufacturing

Experience: 15+ Years | Location: Chennai

We are looking for a hands-on Manufacturing Leader with strong expertise in precision manufacturing and supplier development.

Requirements:

- 15+ years in precision manufacturing / manufacturing engineering.
- Robust knowledge of CNC, Sheet Metal, Fabrication, Molding and related processes.
- Strong GD&T;, costing, RFQ and supplier management skills.
- Excellent customer-facing, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
- Semiconductor / high-precision equipment experiences preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end manufacturing: Sheet Metal, CNC Machining, Fabrication, Molding, Casting, Surface Treatment, Cleaning & Packaging.
- Manage and develop precision manufacturing suppliers across India.
- Drive Should Costing, RFQs, quotation analysis, negotiations and cost reduction.
- Review drawings, GD&T;, materials and manufacturing feasibility.
- Manage Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD) and resolve supplier issues.
- Interface with customers on technical, costing and delivery requirements.
- Travel to supplier locations across India as required.
