Production &

• Batch Manufacturing, Manufacture products according to approved formulations and batch manufacturing procedures., Weigh and dispense raw materials accurately., Operate and monitor mixing, heating, cooling, and other production equipment. Ensure batches are produced within specified parameters. Formulation &

- Process Control Follow approved formulations and manufacturing instructions. Monitor pH, viscosity, concentration, appearance, density, and other process parameters. Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing problems such as abnormal viscosity, separation, foaming, or pH variation. Assist in improving manufacturing processes and formulations. Quality &
- Documentation, Collect in-process and finished-product samples for QC testing. Maintain batch manufacturing records, logbooks, raw-material records, and production reports. Ensure products meet established specifications before release. Investigate deviations, batch failures, and customer complaints related to manufacturing. Safety &
- Hygiene Follow chemical handling and workplace safety procedures. Use appropriate PPE when handling acids, alkalis,



solvents, disinfectants, surfactants, fragrances, and other chemicals. Ensure proper storage and handling of hazardous/raw materials. Follow GMP, EHS, HACCP/ISO or other applicable company procedures. Equipment &
- Production Area, Ensure reactors, mixers, filling machines, pumps, and other equipment are clean and ready for production. Coordinate equipment cleaning and preventive maintenance with relevant teams. Maintain positive housekeeping in the manufacturing area. Inventory &
- Material Management, Verify raw materials against batch requirements., Coordinate with stores and production planning for material availability., Minimize material wastage and monitor consumption, Team Coordination, Supervise production operators/helpers during batch manufacturing, Coordinate with QC, QA, R&D;, maintenance, stores, and production planning, Train operators on SOPs, chemical handling, and production procedures.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
