Role Description The Manager – Corporate Fundraising will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to secure funding and partnerships from corporate donors and CSR initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Borivali will involve identifying prospective corporate partners, preparing proposals and presentations, organizing meetings and site visits, and managing donor relationships. The role includes maintaining a pipeline of corporate prospects, tracking commitments and reporting requirements, and ensuring timely communication and stewardship for existing partners.





The Manager will collaborate closely with program and finance teams to align fundraising proposals with organizational priorities and impact metrics, and to prepare reports, case studies, and campaigns that showcase outcomes. The position also requires representing the organization at corporate events and networking forums, while contributing to annual fundraising plans and targets.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, or institutional donor management within the non-profit or social sector.
- Strong skills in proposal writing, presentation development, and communication, with the ability to articulate impact and build compelling narratives.
- Proven ability to research potential corporate partners, analyze CSR trends, and maintain accurate records using CRM or fundraising databases.
- Relationship-building and negotiation skills to engage senior corporate stakeholders, manage expectations, and sustain long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations, corporate philanthropy practices in India, and an understanding of education and women empowerment programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field; a master’s degree is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and comfort working in a mission-driven, resource-conscious NGO workplace.
- Ability to work on-site in Borivali, manage multiple priorities, and meet fundraising targets within defined timelines.
