Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Transformation Business Analyst to join our team and contribute to diverse projects spanning strategy, technology, operations, and process improvement. This role sits at the intersection of business understanding and AI/tech enabled product development: you will work to understand what the business is trying to achieve and help translate that understanding into direction that a technology team can act on to build. It is a role built around working closely and iteratively with technology teams, in an workplace that moves quickly and puts data at the center of decision making.

The role calls for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity and pace, and who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Strategic analysis and problem solving: Support senior analysts in evaluating business opportunities and market expansion initiatives

Required qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related analytical field

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders

- Comfort operating with ambiguity and a fast pace, and adjusting direction as new information emerges

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks

- Demonstrated project management capabilities through internships, coursework, or extracurricular activities

- Understanding of fundamental business analysis concepts
