Role & responsibilities

- Assist the Business Head in managing overseas inquiries and project opportunities.

- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, quotations, presentations, reports and MIS.

- Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement, Finance and other internal teams for technical and commercial inputs.

- Analyse project costing, pricing, margins, pipeline and business opportunities.

- Draft qualified emails, client communications, MOMs and business correspondence.

- Coordinate and follow up with overseas clients, consultants, partners and internal stakeholders.

- Maintain inquiry, proposal, project and follow-up trackers.

- Prepare regular business updates, dashboards and analysis for management review.

- Support the Business Head in client meetings,



negotiations and other international business activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Management; MBA/PGDM preferred.

- 5 to 8 years of experience in techno-commercial, EPC, Solar/Renewable Energy or International Business.

- Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, analytical, drafting and communication skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.

- Candidates with overseas project / international client coordination experience will be preferred.
