We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Manager / Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for driving jewellery sales, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining robust customer relationships.

Reporting : Branch Manager / Managing Director's

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements and preferences.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing, making charges, offers, and other details clearly.
- Promote and sell gold, diamond, silver, platinum, and other jewellery products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales leads.
- Assist customers with product selection and provide personalized recommendations.
- Maintain proper product displays and ensure the showroom is well presented.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.

Additional Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the sales team.




- Set and track individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily showroom performance and conversion rates.
- Train sales executives on jewellery products, customer service, and selling techniques.
- Develop strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
- Monitor stock movement in coordination with the inventory team.
- Prepare and submit sales performance reports to management.

Requirements
- Sales Executive: 1–3 years of experience in jewellery or luxury retail sales preferred.
- Sales Manager: 3–7+ years of experience in jewellery sales, including team-handling experience.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, gemstone, and other jewellery products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer-service and relationship-management skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
- Previous experience in a jewellery showroom will be an advantage.

Education
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Jewellery/luxury retail sales experience will be given preference.
- Immediate joineers are most preffered

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
